2. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to availability of stock.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if a book is out of stock or if incorrect pricing was displayed.
  • You will be notified via WhatsApp if your order cannot be fulfilled.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

4. Payment

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • Payment is collected by our delivery agent upon successful delivery.
  • Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery where possible.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver within Lahore and selected nearby areas.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and order volume.
  • You will receive order updates on your provided WhatsApp number.
  • AB Book Shop is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and photos of the issue.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
  • No returns will be accepted for change of mind after delivery.

7. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to interact respectfully with our team. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behaviour.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, and branding belongs to AB Book Shop. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

AB Book Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the value of the order placed.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
